BOOKING TYPES & PRICING

  • Photo & Video bookings are strictly for content creation only and are available Monday–Thursday, 8:00 AM–6:00 PM at an hourly rate with a minimum booking time and a strict capacity limit.

    Event bookings are required for:

    • Social gatherings or celebrations

    • Networking events, mixers, or panels

    • Music, DJs, or amplified sound

    • Catering or alcohol service

    • Décor installations beyond light styling

    If your booking includes guests, music, food, alcohol, or event-style seating, it must be booked as an Event Rental, regardless of guest count.

    • 3-hour minimum

    • Capacity capped at 25 people

    • Additional guests incur incremental hourly fees

    • Bookings exceeding agreed use or capacity may be reclassified and billed at event rates

    This structure allows us to keep weekday studio pricing competitive while protecting the space for proper event use.

PAYMENT, DEPOSITS & FEES

  • To secure your date:

    • A 25% non-refundable deposit is required at booking

    • The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to the event date

    • A signed rental agreement must be completed

    Dates are not held without payment and a signed agreement.

  • Yes. A 5% processing fee is applied to all credit and debit card transactions.
    Clients may avoid this fee by paying via approved alternative payment methods when available.

EVENT INSURANCE & PERMITS

  • Yes. Event insurance is required for all event rentals.

    Clients must provide a Certificate of Insurance (COI) naming the venue as additionally insured. Coverage requirements will be outlined in your rental agreement. Proof of insurance must be submitted prior to your event date.

    Photo & video studio bookings may have reduced insurance requirements depending on the scope of the production.

    • Alcohol is permitted only for approved event rentals and must comply with City of Atlanta, Fulton County, and State of Georgia regulations.

      Key guidelines include:

      • Alcohol is not permitted during photo & video studio bookings

      • Events involving alcohol may require:

        • A licensed and insured bartender

        • A Special Event Permit if alcohol is sold, tickets are charged, or the event is open to the public

      • The venue does not provide alcohol permits

      It is the client’s responsibility to determine and secure any required permits and ensure compliance with applicable laws. Private, invite-only events may have different requirements than public or ticketed events.

ARRIVAL, SETUP & BREAKDOWN POLICIES

  • No. Early arrival is not permitted.

    Arriving before your scheduled time is not allowed, as another client may be using the space. Your booking time includes setup, event time, and breakdown unless otherwise specified in your agreement.

    • Extensions are subject to availability and approval:

      • Overtime is billed at 1.5× the hourly rate

      • Extensions are only allowed if there is no conflicting booking

      Unapproved overtime may result in additional fees.

    • Clients are responsible for:

      • Breaking down all equipment and décor

      • Disposing of trash properly

      • Returning furniture and venue items to their original locations

      Failure to reset the space may result in additional cleaning or reset fees.

  • Item All rental deliveries must be scheduled within your contracted booking window

    • Early deliveries or late pickups are not permitted without prior approval

    • Rental items must be picked up by 8:00 AM the following day

    Items left beyond that time will incur additional storage feesdescription

PHOTOGRAPHY & VIDEO-SPECIFIC POLICIES

    • Arrive on time — early entry is not allowed

    • Plan time to set up, shoot, break down, and reset the space

    • Dispose of trash and restore the studio to its original condition

    Extending your session will result in additional charges and is only permitted if the schedule allows.

  • Yes, within capacity limits. All vendors and crew must comply with venue rules and remain within the approved headcount for your booking type.

GENERAL POLICIES

  • Register for parking when you arrive. All vehicles must register to park regardless of the expected duration of stay. Customers can park anywhere onsite except for the reserved employee spaces under the ramp.

    • Parking Rates – BW101

      • The first hour is FREE every day

      • 2 Hour: $4.50

      • 4 Hours: $6.50

      • 8 Hours: $11.50

      • 12 Hours: $15.00

      • 24 Hours: $30.00

  • Public or ticketed events may be approved on a case-by-case basis and may require:

    • Additional insurance

    • Increased security

    • Permit verification
