The Great Room is a 3,250 square foot space designed to support events of up to 100 seated guests or 150 standing, as well as professional productions, without feeling generic or improvised.

The space is organized around a main gathering area with two adjoining rooms that support flow, function, and flexibility, allowing events and productions to move naturally from one moment to the next while keeping the experience composed for guests, clients, and crews alike.

The main room anchors The Great Room with 17-foot ceilings and an open layout that supports seated and standing events, meetings, and productions. It’s designed to adapt easily across uses while maintaining a polished, cohesive feel.

THE MAIN ROOM

This light-filled front room offers an intimate setting ideal for photography and content creation. During events, it functions seamlessly as a food service area, reception space, or transition zone.
